How do I get an estimate?
Call us or send the estimate request form on this site with your address and a short description of the problem. We schedule a time to look at the roof and follow up with a written, itemized estimate.
Are estimates free?
Yes. We come out, look at the roof, and give you a written estimate at no cost and no obligation.
How much does a new roof cost?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the number of layers to tear off, the condition of the decking and the material you choose. We won't guess a number online — the estimate we give you is based on your actual roof.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days. Larger, steeper or metal roofs can take longer. We confirm the schedule with you before materials are delivered.
What roofing materials do you install?
Architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and metal shingle systems, and TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen for low-slope roofs. We also install siding.
Do you do repairs, or only full replacements?
Both. If a repair is the right call, we'll say so. We repair flashing, valleys, pipe boots, chimney details and storm damage as well as installing complete new roof systems.
