Call us or send the estimate request form on this site with your address and a short description of the problem. We schedule a time to look at the roof and follow up with a written, itemized estimate.
Yes. We come out, look at the roof, and give you a written estimate at no cost and no obligation.
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof, the number of layers to tear off, the condition of the decking and the material you choose. We won't guess a number online — the estimate we give you is based on your actual roof.
Most residential replacements are completed in one to two days. Larger, steeper or metal roofs can take longer. We confirm the schedule with you before materials are delivered.
Architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam and metal shingle systems, and TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen for low-slope roofs. We also install siding.
Both. If a repair is the right call, we'll say so. We repair flashing, valleys, pipe boots, chimney details and storm damage as well as installing complete new roof systems.
We don't recommend it. A layover hides deck damage and shortens the life of the new shingles, so full tear-off is standard on our proposals.
That is between you and your carrier and depends on your policy and the cause of the damage. What we can do is inspect the roof and document what we find with photos so you have that information for your claim.
It is often not visible from the ground. Signs include granules collecting in gutters, dented soft metals and lifted or creased shingles. A documented inspection is the reliable way to confirm it.
Ask us during the estimate. We focus on roofing and siding, and we'll tell you honestly what we do and don't handle on your project.
It is loud for a day. We protect landscaping and siding, keep access clear where possible, and clean up each evening. You can stay in the home throughout.
Rarely. Attic access helps us evaluate ventilation and interior staining, but the installation itself is entirely exterior.
A balanced system pairs intake at the soffit with exhaust at the ridge. Without it, attic heat and moisture shorten shingle life and contribute to ice dams.
About once a year, and again after any significant wind or hail event. Catching a failed pipe boot early is far cheaper than repairing a hidden leak later.
Often we can get close, but weathered shingles never match new ones perfectly. We'll show you what the match looks like before we proceed.
Where a permit is required for the work, we'll tell you during the estimate and confirm who pulls it before the job is scheduled.
Homeowners across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. If you're not sure whether your township is covered, call us and we'll tell you straight away.
Move belongings out of the way and place a container under the drip. Don't climb onto a wet roof. Call us and we'll get out to look at it.
Usually yes. Bring us the approved colour or manufacturer name from your HOA documents and we'll source the closest current product and show you a sample before ordering.
No. We only need access to the exterior and the driveway area for materials and debris. We'll walk the finished roof with you whenever it suits your schedule.
