Architectural Shingle Replacement
Full tear-off and reinstallation of an architectural asphalt shingle roof, including deck inspection, ice-and-water protection and balanced ventilation.
Before & After
BeforeAfter

About this project
A complete tear-off down to the deck, with any soft or delaminated sheathing replaced before the new system went on. Ice-and-water membrane was run at the eaves and through every valley, synthetic underlayment over the field, and intake and exhaust ventilation were balanced to the attic volume rather than simply adding another vent. Architectural shingles were installed to the manufacturer's nailing pattern with matching starter, hip and ridge components.
