Roof Repair & Flashing Rebuild
Leak traced to failed valley and pipe boot flashing, then rebuilt properly rather than sealed over — documented with photos before and after.

About this project
The interior stain did not line up with the obvious suspect, so the roof was traced back to a failed valley detail and a cracked pipe boot upslope. Both were opened up, rebuilt with new metal and a new boot, and re-shingled into the existing field. Photos were taken before, during and after so the homeowner could see exactly what had failed.
